Terms and Conditions.

 

Payment.

Payment is to be made in advance for all workshops. A non-refundable deposit of £30 for courses or £10 for facilities hire is payable when booking. The full fee becomes due four weeks before the start date of the session. For bookings less than four weeks in advance, the full fee is payable on booking. Payment is by Cash, Paypal, or Cheque (payable to Vale of York Darkrooms).

Materials.

Course fees include tuition, use of equipment and unless otherwise specified, chemicals and paper.

Cancellation

Please inform us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend a course. We shall where possible always try to fill your place on the course; if we do we so a full refund will be given. If this is not possible then the following charges will be made. Notification of between four to two weeks in advance of start date: 50 per cent of fee. Notification less than two weeks in advance, or if you do not arrive for the course: full fee (no refund).

Non-transferable.

Bookings for workshops & courses are non-transferable.
You must attend the given  course or workshop on the correct dates and at the stated times. Cancellation policy rules apply.

Please note: Vale of York Darkrooms reserves the right to cancel a course no later than 14 days before the start date if there are not sufficient numbers booked onto the course.
